This company My Little Paris was born 5 years ago in Paris (obviously). Later on they launched a beauty and lifestyle box called My Little Box. It became so popular they expanded it to UK this September! Everyone was waiting for it and I can see why :]
Each month the box has a new theme and is beautifully designed by illustrator Kananko.
In the picture above is a September edition which was called My Little Parisienne Box. In every box you'll get 3 beauty products, magazine, postcard, lifestyle item and something extra. Also, everything is packed so lovely and with a lot of attention.
This month's theme is MLB by Diane von Furstenberg. To be honest, I had no idea who this woman was (oops). But the magazine My Little World explained everything - she is the creator of the famous Wrap Dress. If you still don't know what I'm talking about watch ''American Hustle'', Amy Adams wore Diane's dress. Very feminine and elegant.
The magazine itself is interesting and very visual - a lot of photographs and illustrations. In this edition you can find interview with Diane, other two interviews with ladies who wear DVF dresses, photoshoot with DVF clothes, tutorials for hair and make-up and 2 even recipes!
Kerastase laque noire 75ml - an extra strong hold hair spray. I don't use hair spray at all, but this might get handy for Halloween and New Year as the size of the bottle is just perfect for a handbag.
L'Occitane Vanilla Bouquet Hand Cream 10ml - a sample size hand cream. Smells nice and is good as all L'Occitane hand creams, although the size is really small and will last only 10-15 uses.
Eau Micellaire Demaquillante by My Little Beauty 150ml - Micellar water which is MLB own brand. It says it's suitable for sensitive skin, has aloe vera and orange extract. Can't wait to try it! Retails for 8£.
Lifestyle items this month had to be something about Diane von Fustenberg. The first one that caught my eye when I opened the box was a red lip brooch. The second one is a big scarf designed by Diane and it was beautifully packed in a DVF patterned envelope. Inside it shows different ways to wear it - useful.
Lastly, MLB gives a few vouchers to use online - 20% off DVF shop, 20% off Kerastase and 4 different handbag-sized hand creams from L'Occitane when you spend 20£ or more. Sounds quite good!
To sum up, I am really really impressed with this box and cannot wait for the next one to arrive! It feels like unpacking a birthday box from a good friend - packed with love and attention, good selection of products and lifestyle items that you'll be proud to use.
